    Full suite of benefits, including stock options for mission-critical employees.
    Bonus plans were based on annual reviews, which were rigged across a mandatory curve applied for each department ... meaning 10% of the employees in the department must receive excellent reviews while 10% must receive failed reviews, regardless of the department's overall success, etc.

    Recently the company switched to 2 options for health insurance that include a high deductible HSA and a high deductible normal insurance plan. Both of these are through United Health Care. Eyecare is with VSP, only either or for contacts or frames, not a great vision package.
