Deloitte offer a full benefits package. They do not do company match until you are with them for a year but after you are the match is great especially for management.

Amazing benefits package available. Particularly for entry-level employees, a standard 25 days of PTO is available. Pension is provided at no cost to employees, 401k match, and cost-effective health insurance.

Variety of health plan options that are decently priced.

The pay is very competitive. They have lots of other benefits as well.

Best thing is the PTO- 10-12 holidays plus 25 other days (vacation is combined w/sick time). You can roll over a whole year's worth to the next year, and if you have some left when you leave they will pay you for it at your highest salary rate.

The healthcare and dental are good, and you get a $500 annual fitness subsidy to pay for a bike, yoga instructor, gym membership, treadmill, golf lessons, or anything else health-related. There are several healthcare options, including PPOs, HSAs, etc, all have free checkups and preventative care.

The 401K matching is only 1.5% max, and only vests fully after 3 or 4 years. There is also a pension that vests after 3 years or so. If you stay with the firm a long time then the retirement package is great, but most people don't and in that case it's pretty lame.

Bonuses kick in starting your 3rd year, and become a more and more significant part of your pay the longer you stay. However, apart from the $5k CPA bonus ($3k if it takes you 2 years) don't expect much in terms of bonus as jr staff. Audit in general has smaller bonuses than other fields, and your base salary is the biggest thing to consider.

There are generally at least 2-3 social events or happy hours you can attend per month, and volunteer or recruiting activities that provide a nice change of pace from the daily grind. You get free meals if you work more than 11 hours in a day or if you work weekends. You also get a company phone that's paid for (any big firm offers these things though).

Also, new hires got complimentary platinum Marriott status for a couple years, which comes with silver United status, which can then be status-matched to other airlines. Even though auditors generally don't travel very much, it's a nice perk and probably comes as a carryover from the consulting arm where they obviously travel alot.

Great health benefits and flexible work arrangements available.

Good health insurance with a pretty wide variety of options. The 401k match leaves a lot to be desired.

The fitness subsidy, Deloitte Marketplace discounts, other discounts.

Pension and Health Benefits are the best thing about the package
