    The benefits are top notch - very good health insurance, including a pension plan for all employees, and a $500 annual fitness subsidy. Maternity leave for up to 24 weeks and paternity leave for 3 weeks. Some downsides are the 401k match is 25% of what you invest (up to 6% max) and if you want to take the 200-240 hours of annual PTO, you have to work overtime throughout the year. You cannot carryover more than one years worth of PTO or you lose it with no payout.

    Good health insurance is relatively expensive, PTO accrues quickly but is difficult to take advantage of, PTO is used for sick days or unexpected leaves as well so you must manage it accordingly
