Deloitte has a great benefits plan and the "perks" offered are great, but you see that with almost all of the top consulting firms.

Wide range of benefits, decent matching on 401k, excellent internal education on options and counseling.

Best thing: Health benefits -- there is a wide choice, and very cost-competitive. Worst: You get 30 days paid time off BUT, you need to bill about 45 hours of direct labor (the remaining weeks of the year) to use all of that, or your billable hours ratio (one of your key 'metrics') will suffer.

Health Insurance is amazing. I had to go the ER and stayed at the hospital for 4 days and never worried about my insurance. Yes it was expensive, but not as bad as if I did not have Deloitte's insurance. When I go the dentist, they always comment on how good my insurance is.

average salaries based on designation are significantly lower compared to the other big four and smaller boutique firms... in terms of benefits, the 401k match is low compared to market average... health benefits are decent... firm also has a defined pension benefit plan
