    Great 403b. After 2 years working with the company, they contribute 2% without your contribution. Additionally they match up to 6% of your contribution.
    Medical benefits were once very competitive. After obamacare rolled out, benefits decreased while the prices increased. Primary co-pays are $20 and specialist is $40.
    Very decent time off benefits package. Started with 24 days off per year which included holidays. Increased to 26 days off per year after 5 years and 30 days off after 10 years.

    There is a very good benefits package at Devereux, which they will tell you about at interview; however, what they Don't tell yo is that it is only for full time employees, and everyone is started as "modified full time" which means you Could Possibly work up to 40 hours a week, but they reserve the right to send you home when it is convenient for them. So you end up doing 40 a week or more during crisis periods, but you are not "Full Time", so, no benefits for you.
