    They did not offer any benefits to part-time employees other than a 10% discount that no one told me about.

    Vesting and eligibility are designed to keep employees at the company but the amounts don't match the intent. In other words: what you get isn't worth staying around for.

    Basic Benefits for health insurance, vacation is basic two weeks and then after 5yrs three weeks then after ten 4 weeks vacation black out periods block most peak times you want to take a vacation. You will never be ablt to use all of your time because there is always an issue with taking time off. vacations, personal time are not encouraged. Holidays are barely given to managers. You have to constantly battle to get your days that are due.

    No benefits were offered to part time employees. Management limits the number of hours you work in an effort to keep you from earning benefits.
