Employee Comments

  • Apr 15, 2015
    Former Employee in Okemos, Michigan

They did not offer any benefits to part-time employees other than a 10% discount that no one told me about.

  • Apr 7, 2015
Former Customer Service Sales Associate in Buford, Georgia

The best benefit is the 25% associate discount and 10% off on certain items.

  • Mar 31, 2015
Current Administrative Assistant in Oxnard, California

The benefits package is decent; however, it is only offered to full-time associates which is a very small fraction of amount of employees.

  • Mar 30, 2015
Former Employee in Green Bay, Wisconsin

    The employee discount was cool

  • Apr 10, 2015
Current Senior Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Vesting and eligibility are designed to keep employees at the company but the amounts don't match the intent. In other words: what you get isn't worth staying around for.

  • Mar 15, 2015
    Former Employee in Detroit, Michigan

    benefits are typical for retail

  • Mar 21, 2015
Former Soft lines Manager in Albany, New York State

Not bad as to what's out there. Dental isn't great but not awful either. Medical was overall decent.

  • Feb 16, 2015
Current Hardlines Manager in Rochester, New York State

Basic Benefits for health insurance, vacation is basic two weeks and then after 5yrs three weeks then after ten 4 weeks vacation black out periods block most peak times you want to take a vacation. You will never be ablt to use all of your time because there is always an issue with taking time off. vacations, personal time are not encouraged. Holidays are barely given to managers. You have to constantly battle to get your days that are due.

  • Mar 11, 2015
Current Employee in Yonkers, New York State

    there are none
    it's a joke
I believe that the company discriminates against seniors and definitely people with health of disability issues
    BAD company as an employer

  • Mar 9, 2015
Former Footwear Sales Associate in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

No benefits were offered to part time employees. Management limits the number of hours you work in an effort to keep you from earning benefits.
