    401k match is good, up to 6%. Health insurance is a little expensive, no experience with coverage. Discount employee stock purchase plan is great in theory, but the transaction fees are so high it is worthless. Paid holidays are outstanding, but managers never get time off even on holidays or vacation time.

    Rates for benefits was very reasonable and didn't really effect overal paycheck every two weeks.

    The 401k matching is a joke. 6% is the match but it is only 1 for 1 for the first 3% and 50 cents on the dollar for the second 3% They offer no pay increases yearly currently. The bonus is laughed at internally. 3% if our EPS is 1.85..... Now is has to be 2.25 this year to get 3%
