Employee Comments

  • Nov 22, 2014
Former Senior Programmer Analyst in Canton, Ohio

They have recently started a 15% discounted ESPP. Other benefits are average compared to overall US companies but among the better ones in the Ohio NE region.

  • Nov 20, 2014
Current Physical Security Technician in Atlanta, Georgia

Vehicle is the best thing about the benefit package. There are other benefits if you choose to take advantage of them

  • Nov 6, 2014
Former Software Engineer Co-Op in Canton, Ohio

Co-Ops were provided with housing that was arranged by Diebold. Unfortunately, I believe that they now only provide a stipend towards housing expenses for students living 50 miles or further away. There were also company paid events that were selected by the interns. There were also a few community outreach events that the interns were able to attend; the volunteer hours were paid.

  • Oct 9, 2014
Current First Line Tech in Canton, Ohio

The hours may be long, but the benefits far outweigh any time spent on the job. They can't be beat!

  • Sep 19, 2014
Current Employee in North Canton, Ohio

Nothing exceptional about it. Prescription coverage through caremark is not good, employee share of cost is quite high. No emphasis on wellness.

  • Aug 24, 2014
Current Project Manager in North Canton, Ohio

While HR is not flexible individual managers can be reasonable. Loss of retirement plan somewhat of a blow, as not a lot of lead time was given. Expect further benefits cuts.

  • Aug 9, 2014
    Current ISE3 in Allentown, Pennsylvania

The benefits package is comparable to other companys

  • Aug 4, 2014
Current Customer Service Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Gets worse each year (or at least more expensive). Froze Pension plans for those who had it in 2013.
