    Best thing is that the plan costs were better than other companies I've worked for and the multiple days of vacation given to employees. Worst thing is if you are a pregnant employee, HR has been inconsistent and even outright wrong in explaining your maternity leave prior, during and post childbirth. A few days after having my baby, HR benefits said they were wrong in explaining how many paid maternity days I actually receive. This was the most disappointing part of working with HR at DigitasLBi Chicago. I was not the only one who experienced problems with maternity leave at this office, which was ironic since there were so many other pregnant women at the same time.

    Time off and sick time are very generous, but the pressure not to use them from upper management is pretty intense. Many Director and above personnel do not use their time and accumulate it until there are literally months that they cannot take. The 401K is also very good - they match and it did pile up quickly.
