    Expensive, and confusing. DE is opened byCentrica in Europe, so they did nothing to explain or help the benefits when the changed systems, and payroll responsibility.

    similar to other companies in the sector the cost of health insurance is on the rise and employees are forced to pay more for less. I found most employees were taking the plans with the high to extremely high deductibles in order to avoid the high premiums taken from your check. Bottom line, stay healthy.
