strong base salaries, amazing medical benefits, clinic on site, good bonus potential, unfortunately the employees who make the real difference never get to participate in the stock plan, reserved for VP's and above.

The best I've had. Covers all of the usuals (medical, dental, optical), plus super-fantastic extras like backup childcare, which was a godsend when my nanny was out.

The best thing about the benefits package is your PTO is awarded to you when you need it throughout the year. First company I've seen that has generously given employees all of their time upfront for them to use at their leisure.

If you have family, or plan to have a child, the benefits FMLA are great. However, when it comes to the actual health benefits, they are slightly more expensive than any other company. It sucks that you have to pay $200 a check when making $36k, but someone like the VP making over $100k pays the exact same for their benefits.
