If you have family, or plan to have a child, the benefits FMLA are great. However, when it comes to the actual health benefits, they are slightly more expensive than any other company. It sucks that you have to pay $200 a check when making $36k, but someone like the VP making over $100k pays the exact same for their benefits.

Benefits are amazing at Discovery. Benefits alone are worth taking a job with the company. The highlights: 4 month maternity leave, tuition reimbursement, in-house dr. office with free services, transportation stipend.
