Current Assistant Operations Store Manager in McKinney, Texas

The worst thing about the package is that it is all online. You are sent very little paper work to read. Do print off and PDFs that come up during the application process.

Once you sign up for the expensive health insurance you cannot remove yourself or your dependants. It can take more than half of your pay, crazy!

401K they match like up to 4%. Ok Insurance. You get 30 hours PTO for pt assistant manager.. FT assistant manager get 40 hours the first year the second they get 80 hours after five years you get 120 hours. One Bad thing about the PTO is you can only take it certain times of the year and not during October, November, or December and also does not roll over to the next year if you do not take. You get 80 hours of sick time but does not roll over if you do not use them.
