Worst thing is use or lose vacation. Cannot opt for payout or carryover.

It changed after the ACA took effect. Not sure if that was actually due to the ACA or the company just being greedy, but the HRA that they have now is really lacking compared the the plan with copays. Now you get a set dollar amount annually that can roll over year to year that pays 100%, once that money is gone you pay 100% until you hit the deductible, and then you get to pay whatever the appropriate percentage is. Benefits are mediocre at best. T hey also killed the tuition assistance program while I was there. 401k match is average. Dental and vision or average.

Very generous 401K match and profit sharing. Had the opportunity to make as much as 36% of base salary in bonus and I often made close to that. Health care costs seemed very competitive also, but my wife's were cheaper so went with hers. Liked the 4 week bank of personal time they give you off the bat so you can use however you want for vacation or sick time.

They offer a good amount of paid time off.
