Employee Comments

  • Jan 24, 2015
Current Employee in East Brunswick, New Jersey

Package is competitive for the industry.

  • Jan 14, 2015
Former Personal Care Aide in State College, Pennsylvania

As an undergraduate student working at Easter Seals for the summer I was not given a full benefits package. I was granted vacation time and could pick whether I wanted to pick up more hours or not.

  • Jan 20, 2015
Current Behavior Interventionist in Canoga Park, California

They offer things like HSA account and no one knows how to get the company to contribute or even the steps to get started

  • Dec 28, 2014
Current Employee in Pleasant Hill, California

There is no employer matching 403b contribution

  • Dec 13, 2014
Former Permanency Specialist in Joliet, Illinois

The health insurance is good but premiums and deductibles are a bit high.

  • Dec 8, 2014
    Current Paraprofessional in Chicago, Illinois

Insurance is expensive but the disability and life insurance are great. Also get 6 weeks paid time off.

  • Dec 3, 2014
Current Employee in Los Angeles, California

Employer makes monthly contribution to HSA account + pays monthly maintenance fee. Very reasonable premium (employee cost) for high deductible health care plan. Employer contributes small percentage to 401k after 1 year of employment. Small tuition assistance program. Paid mileage. Paid vacation time increases with each year of service up to 5 years. Paid holidays, sick days, and a floating holiday each year.

  • Dec 1, 2014
Current Case Coordinator in Kahului, Hawaii

No cost health insurance options for employees working full time.

  • Oct 20, 2014
Current Early Intervention Specialist in Columbia, South Carolina

Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement, paid vacation and sick leave.

  • Oct 11, 2014
Former Employee in Manchester, New Hampshire

Worst thing is no - vision care and poor tuition reimbursement.
Cost is relative to the area and I found that it was cheaper than husband's (and he works for a hospital group)
