Best: many great benefits including onsite gym, nurse/doctor, pd for off-site gym, many free event tickets, tons of networking events, career development/training, company match, paid volunteer time is rather extensive and supported, 1:1s with upper management and mentoring provide personal support, summer camp for your children, a Lilly owned private park, access to onsite private dining rooms and bar, our support for diversity and many city initiatives is amazing! Worst: Politics and red tape are rampant-so much that this slows productivity and innovation. Many 'yes sir's" in every crowd that shake and nod although they don't actually agree-they'd rather not 'rough the waters" and "commit career sabotage." Although we continue to hear that speaking up is valued, we see that is actually is not, and disagreeing with management is a HUGE NO NO!!!! You'd better just conform.

As a summer intern there weren't any benefits that were available but on speaking with other permanent and full time employees my understanding is that the benefits are very competitive
