Lilly has a very comprehensive benefits package. They still have a pension plan which a lot of companies are getting rid of. On negative is a freeze on the tuition reimbursement plan. However i do expect they will restart it at some point in the future.

The company has competitive benefts. Like most company the health plan could be more robust but it is in line with what I hear other companies are providing.
