    Some of the outstanding benefits include exceptional health insurance coverage, a very nice place to work with lots of daylight and colors.
    The areas lacking include subpar vacation time regardless of tenure, no flexibility with working from home or hours, and no family leave (maternity/paternity), just the legally required FMLA leave, which is unpaid.

    Generally great benefits but I wish they would be more flexible with working from home/other location. 3 weeks vacation cap also doesn't feel like much when you're working and traveling all the time.

    The whole package - medical, vacation, sick leave, disability, 401k - is really stellar, especially if you're young and single. Everything starts day one, which is a really undervalued aspect of benefits plans.

    Amazing health insurance package. The food served in the cafeteria is like the food in fancy restaurants, but extremely affordable.
