Best medical insurance offering I've ever seen.

Fantastic health insurance and a competitive 401k

Amazing health insurance (no deductibles or copays for almost everything), decent vacation time, no paid maternity/paternity leave. The 5-year sabbatical is a pretty cool perk.

Great benefits for anyone who is fresh out of college and is on their own for the first time.

Basics are great, as are the "not-so-basic" stuff, too.

Fantastic Healthcare - you're given a choice of three HMOs in the area (all of which are quality health-care providers). 401k matching up to 6 percent (pretty standard). As someone with constant health problems, I was able to get appointments with primary care and specialists so easily (compared to my current insurance).

Travelling as an implementer also allows you to reap the following benefits:
-Hotels and meals are charged to your personal credit card and reimbursed which allow you to amass high quantities of credit card points (multiple hundreds of thousands of Marriott/Delta points in two years, free car rentals)
-Reimbursed meals around the country - I tried to hit each city's best chicken wing joint and each city's best vegetarian restaurant

Amazing culture, campus, professional development and food. The coworkers are great and the travel benefits are prime.

Downside is long hours and murky feedback system in place.

Best thing: 4 week sabbatical every 5 years in addition to vacation time.

Some of the outstanding benefits include exceptional health insurance coverage, a very nice place to work with lots of daylight and colors.
The areas lacking include subpar vacation time regardless of tenure, no flexibility with working from home or hours, and no family leave (maternity/paternity), just the legally required FMLA leave, which is unpaid.

Former Technical Services Analyst in Verona, Wisconsin

5 days paid vacation / 6 months, 401k match up to 6% of salary after three years employment, health insurance
