Excellent health insurance, 401(k), and dental. Respectable vision discount plan, and plenty of options for STD, LTD, and life insurance coverage. Really only missing things like child care benefits.

Matching 401k up to 6% and great health care benefits, as well as a fully-paid 4 week sabbatical after working there for 5 years.

Great healthcare coverage. 4-week paid sabbatical every 5 years of employment with travel expenses paid to any country that you've never been to.

Excellent health insurance mostly paid by employer, and after 5 years' service single policy is completely paid by company.

The benefits package is superior to any other job I have noticed so far, specifically pertaining to healthcare. The only area seemingly lacking was Dental, but even then it was reasonable given the other areas I was saving.

Epic offers a great package of both traditional and non-traditional benefits. The campus itself is a wonderful, create environment in which to work.

Recent advances in work from home benefits for employees that travel frequently enhanced the benefits package. During travel weeks, employees can now work from home on Friday twice per month.

Benefits are great! I have taken advantage of affordable health and dental.

Low vacation time for the first two years (and you can't take any of it until six months in). Great health plans and disability insurance, though. Also, on-campus lunch, while not free, is heavily subsidized and very delicious.

Extensive Health care coverage with Epic paying the majority of the premiums.
