At Epsilon, we recognize that benefits aren’t a one size fits all proposition--what’s valuable to one associate may be less important to another. We’ve created a comprehensive competitive benefits program that is designed to allow associates to choose the benefits that best fit their needs depending on where they are in their lives.

Current Technical Director in Broomfield, Colorado

Epsilon's benefits are very competitive. They offer a 401(k) with matching, health and dental insurance, vision insurance, legal assistance, adoption assistance, daycare for children or elders, a bonus incentive program and more.

Plenty of PTO. The insurance options are nice.

Ok benefits, like most companies, they cut back on benefits packages to keep employees. 401K matching is good, and other benefits like life insurance/disability is good as well. Just not the best that I have experienced.

    Former Director in Irving, Texas

The benefits package is above average, and I really enjoyed it. It was difficult to schedule vacations due to the workload, however. Also, performance incentives were offered only for directors and above. I liked the conversion option on the life insurance when I left. I also liked the offering of emergency backup childcare, even though I did not need to use it.

Best: 401K match, profit sharing, employee stock puchase program. Worst: cigna is the health insurance carrier and they are difficult to work with and dont cover things they should.

I didn't use it for healthcare so I really don't know. The 401K starts after 6 months.

Good coverage on PPO and Dental PPO, 401K benefits
