    full matchine of initial 5% contribution which is 100% vested and also additional 4% contributed by FMC which is vested in 3 years.

    401K Match is on the top of current times. However, PTO and Health insurance is very mediocre.

    Health and Wellness program allows employees to earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards and wearable fitness devices as well as a monthly credit towards the cost of your health insurance. 401k match is awesome and allows employee to choose to contribute using pre-tax or after-tax dollars. Insurance deductible is somewhat high, but is offset by low monthly premium cost and ability to open HSA.

    They had just changed from a well known and beneficial insurer to a grade lower with less coverage and higher premium, 401k had great matching from company and good options but not allowed to participate before probation period. Once the apprenticeship was done you were no longer required to come into shop, office, or bays. Except for mandatory meetings random drug test or to be abreast that you would be filling a spot.

    They have benefits? Healthcare is a deductible plan than you cannot afford so there are NO healthcare benefits.
