Former Employee in New York, New York State

The company offers great benefits including health insurance and even an allowance for lunch. Although the company has its cons, the benefits package isn't one of them.

Current Employee in New York, New York State

Great health insurance, stocks options confusing

  • Oct 15, 2014

Not as great as its supposed to be the top 10 companies to work for.

  • Sep 26, 2014

while your offer will say 4% matching 401k, its actually vested across 4 years.

  • Aug 25, 2014

All benefits are extremely good. Nothing to complain about here!

  • Aug 20, 2014
Former software engineering manager in Norwalk, Connecticut

cadillac plan allowed for seeing specialists at any time, and was usually covered even with some of the most expensive (read 'best') care providers

  • Aug 12, 2014
Current Product Developer in Norwalk, Connecticut

The flexibility to be able to work from home is great, specially for people with children. The worst is the tuition assistance, which only applies to some individuals so it can be hard to get even for courses that are directly related to the work being done.

  • Aug 9, 2014
    Current Employee in Youngstown, Ohio

There is an option for the company to pay for 100% of the health insurance.

  • Aug 21, 2014
Current Consultant in New York, New York State

There is not much notable benefits. If you are looking for perks beyond just free drinks and food and esop, then you should not consider the benefits as part of the of comps package.
