    FNM offers a full package of benefits to full time salaried employees, health care is offered to the employee with fair family options (+1 dependent, +spouse, or family) at market norm rates (maybe lower), as well as dental, vision, 401k matching, and additional life & ADD coverage/insurance. In addition there are services for legal planning, financial planning, an EAP line to call, and employee discounts offered, etc.

    Not all areas can work from home for what I assume is due to team collaboration reasons, but laptops are provided and occasional flexible is positively supported by management.

    Regular time is scheduled with managers for "one-on-one" meetings, allowing time to check-in and gain understanding of expectations and performance feedback long before formal reviews.

    3 weeks of vacation for employees who have been with the company for 3 years or more (2 weeks for those who have been with the company for less than 3 years), unlimited sick leave (within reason), 5 days family sick leave, assistance with graduate school tuition (up to $10k per calendar year), good health insurance at very reasonable rates. All in all, great benefits.

    This is a very awesome benefit package. The worse thing about the benefits is no retirement plan which is now extinct in corporate america. There is no stock purchasing plan to share in company success. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

    Matching up to 6% of contribution to 401k. Full dental, medical covered (PPO, HMO). Yearly reviews basically guarantee 2-4% raises on a yearly basis. 15 days vacation starting and an additional 5 days per year after working for 2 years. Discount plans for Verizon Wireless, Gold's Gym, Brooks Brothers, etc.
