    The best thing would have to be farmers retirement plans (401k) they match up to 12% which is very rare now days. I do believe farmers is looking out for its employees and wanting to help them plan for there future. The worst thing would be the health benefits , extremely expensive and I did feel the company was a little biased against the regular health plan, Not all family's can do the HSA its just will not work for them and it costs a arm and a leg over 800 a month for a family plan.

    Company contribution to employee HSA. Also, the negotiated rates for in network medical professions, really make the full premium reasonable.

    6% 401k match, which seems to be unheard of these days, significant amount of PTO offered, good healthcare coverage. The company contributes to HSA accounts, and also offers compensation benefits for partaking in health and wellness activities. Yearly raises are guaranteed, as long as you are meeting your set objectives, and there is a very attractive profit sharing.

    The worst thing is that the deductible and out of pocket max are high and you still pay 50+ depending on the kind of coverage you get a paycheck just for health. Then $15+ for dental and $7 for vision every month.

    For this day and age-outstanding benefits package. Company car also provided for minimal payroll deduction. Pension plan now phased out.
