Cost of insurance increasing, but seems due to Obamacare.

Benefits used to be pretty good, but now even the top medical/dental packages are so poor, I've had to seek secondary insurance. Vacation time is decent, and 401k is ok, but not great.

Health insurance is continuously going up (more premiums and higher copays/ coninsurance, deductible, out of pocket max. etc.). 401 match is fine - 100% on the first 1% of salary and 50% on the next 2.5% of salary. Defined contribution account pension contribution of 5% is great. Vacation accrual leaves more to be desired. 10 days for the first 5 years, then 15 days up to 10 years, then 20 days upto 20 years with 4 days personal/floating from the first day of service.

Health insurance after 1000 hrs even if you are part time. Not just for full timers.
