Benefits are great. Full time employees start immediately and part time after 90-day. Health benefits have 3 main tiers which should benefit majority households. Vision and dental included.

One of the few companies still providing a pension in addition to the 401k. Pension is vested after 3 years with the company. Other benefits are above average.

Health insurance is blue cross blue shield anthem 89$ a month plan for premium 80-20 or basic 5$ a month for 70-30; and get up to 400$; company ended up paying more than its share when I argued for an MRI which they paid for last year; fly standby as part of the fedex airline for 50-80$ might get bumped and have to book in 2 weeks in advance; vision, dental, and 401k, 2 weeks paid vacation + 5 sick days and 2 floaters

Great perks and benefits. Good training opportunities. Insurance is excellent and there are many plans to choose from. Good amount of time off. Lots of corporate discounts!
