    Excellent 401k match, profit sharing, bonus structure, fantastic investment options in the 401k, vacation and personal days off from day one, discounts through many different vendors, tuition assistance, health insurance, .

    Although the base salary is probably below market, the benefits are great. 7% match on 401K contributions (salary + bonus) + 10% profit share into 401K. The vesting schedule is 5 years and heavily back loaded. They provide a credit if you have a high deductible health plan, and vision care. They also contribute to your Health Savings Plan as well.
