In addition to your salary, your compensation consists of a bonus and the potential for company shares. This is unique to Fidelity and many other firms do not offer the opportunity for shares, which can be profitable. With a profit sharing distribution and company matching 401k, the benefits package is one of the very best.

Fidelity is a great company when it comes to benefits. Being the number one holder of 401(k)s it's no surprise that they're matching program is unparalleled (up to 7% match with profit sharing after your first year). The medical and dental benefits are also second to none.

Worst - No vision benefits, slow eligibility for retirement. Vacation poor.

Great benefits in almost all areas (retirement, medical, career development, reimbursements). Hours are too regimented in some branches, even if you were a top producer or efficient most of time.
