Well rounded full benefit package offered.

The bank used to give employees 4% of their salary in a Benefit Dollar package to offset the cost of childcare, parking, or medical insurance. They've dropped that down to 3% and now you have to sign up for the Humanvitality program and jump through hoops to get to the Silver level in this program to get the 3% in 2016. Company has also dropped their Profit Sharing that they gave all employees at the end of the year. In place of this they are giving an additional 1% match to those employees who contribute to the 401k program. So if you give 6%, the bank will match with 7%. They've pushed the risk onto the employee and most of the people I work with can't afford to contribute 1% of their salaries, let alone 6%. Medical and dental costs went up again this year as well.

The 401(k) is great - They'll match 150% of the first 2%, and 100% on the next 4% (basically, if you put in 6%, they'll match with 7%).

Tuition reimbursement is available at $5,250 per year. Starting January 2015, all new employer matching contributions into the 401k plan will have immediate vesting and be matched up to 7% of salary. They also offer a stock purchase plan that offers employees the option of purchasing shares of Fifth Third Bank stock at a discounted price.

Benefits are adequate, though being scaled back yearly. 401k match is good, though vacation and health insurance options are pricey.

I enjoyed all my benefits especially employee banking perks!
