    The health insurance is horrible. They only have an HSA plan. The original plan that I sign up before the change was an HRA and the copay was only 20 dollars.

    Flextronics is self insured and mamaged by Anthem Blue Cross so while you may pick the best and highest cost plan ( to the employee per pay period) your meds are still determined by the company and be prepared to chamge them to generics. High co-pays and frankly the worst medical pan I've had in mt career.
