    Available low-cost, no-load 401k funds.

Comprehensive benefits including good pay package, 401k, pension, health care, vacation, UAW matched holidays. Pay raises aren't that good.

Very competitive compared to other large manufacturing companies. Scale of the company allows an extensive number of provided and optional (extra cost) benefits.

I got yelled at everyday for doing my job.

Annual bonus is the worst. About half the amount GM salaried employees are getting.

Current Closure Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan

Annual bonus is the industry worst to salaried employees. Health insurance is very expensive. You get one week less vacation compared to GM.

Current Design Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan

Worst health insurance in auto industry. So much premium and then very high deductibles. Profit sharing bonuses are inferior to GM (about half). Very depressing. Looking for a chance to jump to GM.
