Very generous compared to my former employers...

    Excellent benefits package, low copays.

The benefits package is not as interesting as in other companies. Health insurance is expensive, retirement plan is not competitive enough, some benefits are hard for the pocket.

Health Insurance offers "alright" coverage at decent rates. Thankfully, they do offer cash incentives to take your spouses insurance.

There's a wide variety of other benefit options, some of which are company paid and others more elective, but the offering is pretty large.

Time off is one area they could definitely improve on, although it's still better than many employees (I support a more European model for vacations, but as an American it feels like a pipe dream).

The company offers a decent salary package with benefits. They removed pensions since 2003.

Ford Motor Company has excellent benefits for its employees. The healthcare and 401K packages are most attractive.

Health insurance premium is ridiculous. Profit sharing money is the worst among Big 3.

The best thing about the benefits package I found there wasn't any. Cafeteria style benefits the employees' choice.

Because some employees are contract employees, the benefits package may not be completely based Ford Motor Company's model, the package can be taxing upon your bottom line.
