    The company had good benefits when they were active. The issue was that I would find out via my personal mail that my health coverage had been terminated. When I would to ask why the coverage had been terminated it turns out that it was due to either lack of payment or return payment due to insufficient funds. In one year we went through a 3+ different health insurance companies due to the fact that the employer was unable to pay their bill. This was also the case for my 401k. On my quarterly statements I saw that the money that was taken out of my paycheck was not deposited on the same day/time frame (and in some cases weeks after) due to the company not providing our 401k vendor with my money. Thus, I was very dissatisfied with the benefits as I would never know if I was going to be covered or not by medical and I would find out after the fact that money I was paying into my 401k was not always being deposited into my account on time as it should be.
