    We have a gym on site and excellent health benefits. The management works hard to keep the cost to the employee down.

    Overall package is good, PTO is not bad, but it is kind of surprising that no sick leave and forced shutdown kills accumulated PTO

    At least they offer quarterly cash bonus, which is not significantly large due to the operating loss since 2008. They started to cut off all the employee benefits such as free mobile phone, free workout class, and no company annual picnic.
