    15 days vacation when you start, on your 4th year anniversary increases to 20 days. I also like that they pay 50% of monthly mbta pass, so instead of paying $75, i only pay $37.50 pre-tax.

    The benefits are not for young people who rarely visit doctors. I paid quite a bit and never got my money's worth. I cancelled and now pay for my husband's benefits through another company. Benefits communications are abyssal. I don't know what's offered or what it even means to have some of these things. They offer workshops but who has time for that? I just want a simple explanation I can read.
