Fidelity 401k, free learning sessions and employee discounts on various products/services. Love it.

Freddie Mac provides decent benefits and provides amazing work life balance. Especially, great for women looking to manage family life with professional life.

Good benefits package. 401K plan with matching percentage. Low price for health and dental insurance. Also offers things like tuition reimbursement and training programs.

Great health insurance and 401K. No more pension which played a major role in salary negotiation.

Great health insurance options, on site health clinic and gym, all of standard additional benefits like short and long term disability coverage, etc. Great overall!

The best things: four floating holidays, up to $12K in down payment assistance for a home purchase, limited professional development opportunities (rotation programs and fully-paid degree programs at Georgetown and American), tuition reimbursement with no repayment obligation. Limited telework and flextime, if you are in the right team and have a good manager. The worst things: Freddie Mac continues to slash benefits. Pension plan was terminated in 2013, charitable gift matching in 2014, and free sodas in 2014.

Flexible Work Schedule that allows teleworking, alternative hours, or compressed schedule
