    The health insurance is ok for a employee. but once you add a wife or husband on to the insurance it almost take your whole 2 weeks paycheck to afford the heath insurance.

    Horrible health benefits. 2 options PPO. 50/50 or enhanced 60/40. After $2,000 out of pocket. Have a family? $700 month for health only. You will wind up paying half what you work for benefits. 401K is non matching and vacation isn't going to happen. UNLESS you are management. They have own health plan and its way better - 20/80..

    expensive benefits, I was better off with my spouses coverage. You get benefits after 90 days when there is open enrollment. You may be better off using Obamacare.

    The company offered excellent health and dental insurance policies though no sick days or paid holidays. Holidays worked were paid at time and a half for hourly employees.

    STR or 42A, both have little coverage with a high payment. I would suggest looking outside of the employer for health coverage.
