Parental leave is the worst, good fitness rebate not good for bonus and salary increase based on a review process in which you can easily be snipped ..big corporation

  • Dec 15, 2014
Current Employee in Raleigh, North Carolina

Decent benefits. Matching 401k, pension plan (one of the few left that has one), life insurance, good employee discounts for appliances, decent time off, education assistance. Healthcare plans are getting watered down though.

  • Dec 14, 2014
Former Employee in Schenectady, New York State

Insurance wasn't that great anymore because it shifted to s high deductible plan.

  • Dec 12, 2014

High deductible healthcare plan, so employees have high out of pocket expenses and the company pays very little to help.
