Employee Comments

Overall - above average. Minimum 3 weeks vacation and ~16 holidays (which includes xmas-new year shutdown). 4% 401K match and company automatically contributes another 4%. Basic health is reasonable but high deductible plan but company offers $1500 incentive to help offset. No stock purchase. Bonuses are based on company and individual performance multipliers against your base % which is dependent on grade level.

Good overall benefits package and pretty competitive with traditional companies

Best profit sharing bonus to salaried employees in the same auto industry. Twice as much as Ford. Much better health insurance than competitors in terms of premium and coverage. Best decision I made when I left Ford.

Current Senior Systems Engineer in Detroit, Michigan

Low premium health and dental insurance. Good 401K match (4%) plus an additional 4% contribution by GM. Several paid holidays plus 15 vacation days to start. If you're fortunate enough to qualify for a company car, it's one of the better programs out there for an automotive OEM.

  • Dec 11, 2014
Current Per Diem Group Leader in Arlington, Texas

The best thing about the benefits package as a per diem group leader is the $25.00 co-pay for doctors visits, great dental and vision benefits If you've been with the company at least 10 years.

Current Software Tester in Austin, Texas

Vacation time is adequate. Moving around within the company seems to be difficult
