As a GM salaried employee, you will have access to a comprehensive medical plan which includes a triple tax-advantaged Health Savings Account along with GM contributions to the Health Savings Account. In addition, you will have a 401(K) with both a matching contribution and retirement contribution made by GM. You will also have a dental plan, disability benefits, life insurance, tuition assistance, adoption assistance and a number of voluntary benefits and discounts. You are eligible for all of these benefits on your first day of work.

Currently, GM has approximately 16 paid holidays annually, plus vacation time ranging from 3 weeks for employees with one to fewer than two years of service, increasing up to 6 weeks for longer service employees. GM employees and their immediate family members are also able to purchase GM vehicles at a significant product discount. All this makes GM the perfect place to get your career moving.
