Employee Comments

    Former Employee in Warren, Michigan

The worst thing about the benefits package is there is no longer a pension plan.

  • Apr 3, 2015
Current Senior Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Great 401k matching (4% based automatically and 100% matching up to 4% of base). Health benefits has high-deductibles BUT they offset it with a physical exam rebate.

  • Apr 14, 2015
    Current Employee in Warren, Michigan

Retirement funding is unequal as 401k matching varies by employment dates. After emerging from bankruptcy, earlier hires were given higher matched pecentages than newer hires.

  • Mar 31, 2015
Current Corrosion Engineer in Detroit, Michigan

401k is automatically contributed to 4% of salary plus matching up to 4% for potential total of 12%. Vacation 15 days first year plus 15 paid holidays

  • Mar 30, 2015
    Current Employee in Austin, Texas

The Benefits package is very different for Management versus the rest of the workers.

  • Mar 30, 2015
Current Manufacturing Engineer in Warren, Michigan

High deductible health insurance..but easily managed if your watchful.

  • Mar 19, 2015
    Current Employee in Detroit, Michigan

    Great benefits! I can't complain.

  • Mar 13, 2015
Current Data Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Matching 401K with an additional automatic 4% contribution. Competitive salary.

  • Mar 12, 2015
    Current Employee in Roswell, Georgia

Great 401k, health insurance, dental insurance, HSA

  • Mar 18, 2015
Current Manufacturing Engineer in Toledo, Ohio

    Just average benefits, nothing extraordinary
