    It's a pretty comprehensive program with lots of benefits and a pretty reasonable cost. You're not discouraged from using vacation or sick time, and the culture around the benefits is that it is part of an overall good retention program.

    Genworth's benefits package is highly competitive. Part of our employee benefits is access to support through employee resource groups. Senior management is very supportive of employee efforts to highlight our diversity.This acceptance, all the way up to the CEO, recently lead to the launch of an employee resource group for our LGBT employees. The LGBT Forum is actively involved in the LGBT community through volunteering and business networking. We plan on doing bigger and better things in 2015 and I am very excited to be a part of creating such change at Genworth!

    Constant changes and reductions to benefit programs.
    Healthcare premiums are crazy high and deductibles outrageous.

    There is no benefits package . You are an independent contractor and you are expected to pay for all of your own insurance and expenses.
