Good benefits package at Girl Scouts

  • Dec 3, 2014
    Current Program in Madison, Wisconsin

Great PTO - combined with sick & personal days, starts at 20 days a year. Medical is not great.

  • Nov 21, 2014
Current Employee in New York, New York State

Currently there is a 35 hour work week, but almost no one follows that guideline, but it's a nice benefit. In addition, they offer flex scheduling, although employees have been told that this benefit is being phased out which is causing a bit of concern for high performing employees who have used this benefit.

  • Sep 16, 2014
    Former Employee in Baltimore, Maryland

Time off cant be beat. Flexible scheduling.

  • Sep 11, 2014
Former Specialist in Fargo, North Dakota

Benefit package was quite expensive - especially for the family.

  • Aug 1, 2014
Current Employee in Washington, District of Columbia

The benefits package is fine. It is easy to accrue a lot of vacation time.
