    The best benefit is the 401K package.

    Benefits are amazing. Only downside is recently employees have to pay a higher amount. Benefits are still top notch!

    So long as you submit the minimum percentage of your salary to a 401k, the company matches and even adds extra up to a certain amount (based on rank)

    Worst thing is that you work long hours. There is not any balance between personal life and work. Requires lots of traveling. Good thing is the salary, but when you compare it to the tiring schedules it may not worth.
