    Best: Goldman will pay for classes towards acquiring a MBA after working with them for one year, including part time MBA's and graduate degrees.

    401K, 5.5 weeks of vacation a year (after certain time), 16 weeks of maternity, in-house health care center and gym, talks with leaders form all avenues, 20 days of free childcare, free museums in New York, good health insurance (covers everything but does have a copay and coinsurance), dental, 3 months sabbatical (no guaranteed of a job upon return)

    they have great benefits. you can see the best doctors with no referrel. co pay is very little and coverage is comprehensive

    Health and dental benefits are on par with other large organizations. Best aspect is having a truly open line of communication with the Benefits dept. They are always there to answer any questions you may have.
