    4% 401k match, with 4% contribution. With 5% contribution, company matched another 1/2%, with 6% the company matched another 1/2%. For your 6% contribution, Halliburton matched dollar for dollar 5%. Further, in lieu of a profit sharing program, Halliburton gave an annual 4% to your 401k. Therefore, with your 6% contribution, Halliburton gave 9%.

    The company has a good benefits package. For the 401k, they match the amount you contribute towards retirement up to a 6% limit. When you are hired, you get ten business days of paid vacation but It is also possible to buy an additional five days.

    401k match $1 to 3%, $0.50 3-5%. ESPP at a discounted rate. 2 weeks vacation for starting employee. Immediate benifits the first day.

    There is 2 weeks paid vacation when you start. 401K is standard as far as I know. They will match up to 5% you contribute. Starting salary is $60000 with a $10000 signing bonus. If you quit within the first 2 years you have to pay back the $10000 in full. When you receive it it is heavily taxed. I only saw about 6000 of it.
