    Stock Purchase Plan is generous.

The 401(k) matching is really nice. The health insurance is awesome! The life, dental, vision, disability, and ad&d are quite standard.

Current Applications Architect in Houston, Texas

The whole benefit package is pretty good, especially if you are on management level or above. The worst thing is not able to work from home or have a flexible schedule to balance work-life.

  • Jan 16, 2015
Former Technology Manager in Houston, Texas

Good benefits. 401k with 6 percent employer contribution; 4 percent pension contribution; company stock purchase at discounted rate of 15-20 percent. For managers can include bonus of up to 20 percent and stock options and restricted stock awarded annually based on employee, economy, company and PSL (product service line) performance. Tuition reimbursement. Vacation can include extra days for time served in industry for experienced newcomers. Unfortunately, in some PSLs newcomers are not accepted easily and / or not treated well. It is not a company where female engineers and / or leaders are easily accepted. Most leave within the first five years.

Doctors and Dentists are hard to find within the plan.

excellent benefits, discounted stocks, rewards programs.

  • Dec 29, 2014

They think they are doing you a favor by offering benefits. Fact is, for the industry, their benefits are subpar.
