    Good health benefits prior to transition to high-deductible plan (haven't experienced that yet, but it'll be here soon), excellent support for ongoing professional training/CEUs. Adequate PTO once you get through the first few years. Positive work environment.

    there is health insurance which is pretty good if you actually need a lot of medical coverage or doctors appointments, 401k is pretty good, they have a once a year application for professional development, a long annual review process without much pay increase 2% each year...
