Good options, but employee contribution requirements keep going up every year.

Health insurance is a little higher than other companies. There are many different small incentives which are good to get.

Current Hardware Engineer in San Diego, California

Pretty good variety of options are available and seem to be equal to or better than average for SD tech companies.

The California UHG plan is subpar for families with special needs such as speech therapy, OT and allergy treatment. The good doctors with high public recommendation are not in network so you have to pay up front and submit claims. It's a lot of work!

Former Technical Solutions Representative III in Winchester, Kentucky

While physical and mental health are covered, the premiums keep increasing to the point where it is very difficult to afford health insurance. The company makes an effort to compensate but the plans are more and more expensive each year.

High monthly premium and high co-pays. The way the deductible works, you never satisfy it.

  • Jul 25, 2015

    pretty standard health insurance program

Benefits change every year and sometimes it includes the provider, particularly for prescription drugs and dental.

Nothing exception about their health insurance package...very similar to many other firms in the bay area. In other words, health insurance or other related benefits (401k, etc.) is not a differentiating factor for selecting to work for the firm.

Former Healthcare Program Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas

Great insurance based on other companies coverage
