    15 days of vacation with option to purchase more; 401k with small company match; Health insurance packages with medical, dental, and eye; more health screenings than other companies for health promotion and wellness!
    HP could learn to pick up day-to-day benefits from other large companies but it's unlikely to happen.

    the medical insurance plans are not that great, co pays are little high and very complex to undertand. I would have liked more simplified plans and more employee friendly plans.

    Worst: 401k match reduced to 4% from 6%. Best: many options for health insurance but they are very confusing in terms of what and how they are offered.

    The list of benefits plans goes from very basic with self managed plan with high co-pay to a very expensive high end plan. There is a plan missing in the middle.
