Cost of health insurance and penalty for carrying insurance on your spouse of they are offered insurance at their workplace. What's the point of offering good insurance if there is a penalty to take family coverage? No one can afford an extra 100 a month for a spouse above the already high costs on 12 bucks an hour.

only 4% match for 401k , stock purchase program wait for 6 months after buy stock to kick in with only 5% discount on stock. Best pharmacy and health center with gym on site. Medical insurance is so expensive. EX: BCBS HMO 400$ deductible costs 6000$ a year for family. PPO 500 deductible plan costs over 7000$ for family.

401k, FSA, vision, dental, medical packages are so so. But every year, there are activities that could help you win credits, which will deduct your total medical spending amount. Employee discount are so so.
