    With the company being global, the costs of the insurance is affordable and customizable.

    The list of benefits plans goes from very basic with self managed plan with high co-pay to a very expensive high end plan. There is a plan missing in the middle.

    Cafeteria style benefits plan with decent prices for medical, dental and vision programs. All full-time employees have a 401K match and stock discount program option. Many optional programs are available, including free assistance for counseling services.

    The perks are limited. The medical benefits are good. Time-off is average. Retirement is below par. Usually 40 hour work weeks.

    Overall, good bene's. they shut the company down over the holidays so you have to use vacation time for that time period if you have it. You can buy vacation hours also. use or lose accrued vacation hours within the year unless you live in a state that allows rollover which is 40 hours.
