Not much PTO during first years of employment unless you come in as upper management.

Health Insurance, 401k, STD, LTD, Life, Dental, Stock Options, Commuter Benefits all offered. Bonuses seem to be only available to VP's.

There are many benefits, some that I didn't even know about! Take the time to do research and know of everything available.

The benefits are rather vanilla. Nothing special. Employees don't join or stay with the company because of the benefits package.

We have PTO which I like-gives me more flexibility. The benefits options are decent, there is something for various pockets and benefits usage I think. I elected for the CDHP plan the last couple of years which is really inexpensive and ICF contributes a $ amount to my account each year as well which is nice. The 401(k) match is good and I love that it is 100% vested right away. They really try to keep us healthy here, the other day I attended a great live session from a qualified nutritionist- very interactive and she will be coming monthly to give us tips on nutirition and health. There is always a session on something financial planning, work-life balance etc so I feel like I am getting input into my "well-being" not just the benefits plans.

They try to penny pinch on health insurancy. Not much in terms of company perks. 401k is decent.

Very understanding in terms of allowing employees to work from home for valid reasons.

Opportunity to schedule flexible working hours.

Best: comprehensive. Worst: combined paid time off for vacations and sick time, starts at 17 days for all new hires.

The best part is the public transit subsidy, which I prefer since I do not own a car. You get $50/month and then pre-tax budget for any additional public transit costs.
