Great time-off and affordable benefits. The Tuition Reimbursement is very nice as well.

ICON has a Great benefits package, slightly better than industry standards. It has medical, dental, 401k, sick and holiday paid leave.

If I had responded to this a few days ago I would have given the benefits package 5 stars, but yesterday we all got a letter about our "new and exciting" benefits which will make us "competitive." Translation...you're losing 7 paid days off, the price of your insurance is going up monthly, your co-pays are increasing $5-20 (primary vs specialty), you prescriptions are increasing $10, and now you have a deductible. They are probably still a better package than most other companies, but don't insult my intelligence by charging me more, giving me less, and telling me how awesome it is. Especially when you just had a record quarter in profits.

Great insurance for a single person. Low cost and covers everything! Gets expensive when adding any additional people to plan though.

ICON offers time off and healthcare packages that are well above industry standards. 401k matching is adequate. Bonus payout has been brought back and employees that can show productivity are eligible to work from home in many positions.

Current Senior Clinical Safety Data Manager in Irvine, California

High out of pocket expense, no chiropractic on the lower level plan.

Amazing benefits, for only $530/mo for a family - it pays 100% of almost everything, no deducibles, no coinsurance, just a $10 copay for office visits! They recognize domestic partners and even same-sex marriage licenses. 15 days vacation, 3 personal days, and 10 sick days per year for the first handful of years. Company contributes to 401K!
