Employee Comments

Current Senior Director in Glenview, Illinois

Very competitive benefits package. One of the best in the Chicago area. Lacking a vision care plan, so most employees use their Flex account for this.

  • Nov 16, 2014
    Former Manager in Glenview, Illinois

They have a great 401K match program and the health benefits seemed better than average.

Good 401k plan and good charity matching program. However, they don't have pension program for incoming employees.

    Current Employee in Glenview, Illinois

Better for the entry levels. I guess 6k+401 k for the entry level. Better than the CPA firms, like Deloitte (5.8K, heard from friends). But don't expect big jump in salary in the future.

  • Sep 28, 2014
    Former Employee in Mokena, Illinois

Health insurance was great and affordable, 401k was good, free access to Chicago area museums

  • Aug 26, 2014
Current Financial Analyst in Baltimore, Maryland

They have a great benefit package - which helps out with health care, dependent care, and disability.

  • Aug 26, 2014
    Current Employee in Chicago, Illinois

ITW has some of the most comprehensive benefits available to employees in the world. They really take care of their employees.

  • Aug 23, 2014
    Former Employee in Glenview, Illinois

Had pension (since discontinued), 401(k) match and paid time off.

  • Aug 20, 2014
Current Degreed Tester in Appleton, Wisconsin

All the benefits are excellent and very afordable.

  • Aug 17, 2014
    Former Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

The pension plan was discontinued for new workers but they receive extra money in the 401K plan to act as a pension.
