    I thought that the best benefit at In-N-Out Burger was the compensatoin. You start off at $10.50 and I left In-N-Out Burger at $15.00.

    The other thing that I really thought was a benefit was the company culture that In-N-Out Burger is known for. It is a happy, fun, energetic environment and I have never worked at another place like it

    (PART-TIME) In-N-Out has a lot of company sponsored events that are great for people with children, if you have them. If not, they aren't that great. Generally gives 3-4% to 401k after you turn age 21 and after a year of employment. They give Christmas presents , a general gift that is given to everyone. In the past I have received a glass chest set, an mp3 player, and a sleeping bag. Scheduling can be rough and getting time off depends on your manager and how much they like you. Many benefits are legally required like FMLA. Dental, vision, and health coverage are all there if you feel like paying for them, but the company doesn't aid in paying for them.

    All employees have life insurance provided by the company, free meals, discounted gym memberships, very competitive pay with frequent raises. Many company sponsored events, christmas gifts to all employees, gifts for working safely and not having accidents about every 90 days. Closed easter, thanksgiving and christmas but still pays associates. Basically the best company to work for in the industry... that's why all the associated you see there smile so much! They are treated well.
