Best: Lots of prizes and awards with cash attached. Makes it fun to go to company events.

Beside the free soda in the break room, we get a ten dollar a month allowance to spend on things inside our own "convenience store" which makes for a brighter day when you forget to bring lunch. Company parties happen at least once a month with free food and occasionally prizes. Overall the benefits are not the best in the world but they are the best for the type and size of the company.

Benefits are fairly standard. No real advantage. 401 was just improved which is positive.

Benefits are pretty much in par with most other company's, can't complaint too much about them.

The health insurance is acceptable, although because the prescriptions don't count towards the deductible, that can be quite costly. Time off seems reasonable, however, they don't pay it out, upon termination for any reason.

The benefits are generally good. The insurance premiums are par with other companies. Everthing else is above average.
