Employee Comments

Current Product Specialist in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Insurance plans and the ESPP are the best benefits. They are better than those offered by other employers.

Great health insurance coverage and premiums plus top performaing 401(k) plan.

  • Oct 27, 2014
    Current Employee in Denver, Colorado

Pay, health, and vacay benefits are excellent. I would say that the 401k and stock options are very standard. The Employee Stock Purchase Plan has been very good for me. There are a lot of benefits you get if you work at the HQ that those of us at other locations do not get.

Informatica offers great options; health, dental, vision, 401k, supplementary. They also offer plenty of time-off and holidays. Informatica is also partnered with AnyPerk offering great discounts with lots of businesses.

Stock has dropped, making my RSUs worthless. Pay raises on base pay are practically nonexistent. Bonuses took a hit this year.

Current Employee in Redwood City, California

Generous benefits package overall e.g. health insurance, ESPP, etc.

  • Oct 5, 2014
Former Product Management in Reston, Virginia

Very competitive benefits even for a Silicon Valley-based company. Managers can be flexible with flex time, but customer needs (sales, implementation, product releases) do come first.

  • Oct 1, 2014
    Current Employee in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Great health, dental, eyecare, life-insurance coverage. ESPP offered at 15% discount from market price. 401K match could be better, but better than $0

  • Oct 1, 2014
Current Sales Consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina

Health Insurance is good, but not great - though all companies are struggling to balance rising costs.

  • Sep 23, 2014
    Current Employee in Atlanta, Georgia

    Good medical. Good Roth 401k.
