    Pay is very good and yearly raises are common. Things can really take off once you are able to get into the merit program and stock program after that.

    Great 401K match. Pretty average health care but they offer a huge discount if you track your fitness.

    Its based off of the stock market. the best thing about it is you can either manage what your investing in yourself or have a third party company do it for you. The company will match 50% up to 6% of your contributions.
