Improving benefits package that has started to take note of volunteerism. Many lesser-known perks that could use more assistance/publicity.

Roll out to employees done well each year. Very competitive package.

  • Nov 4, 2014

Low on 401K matching, but comprehensive set of overall benefits and genuine concern for employee health. Forward thinking LiveWell program.

  • Oct 31, 2014
Former Operations Supervisor in Dallas, Texas

95/5 coinsurance, very good benefits. Pay is competitive for the position I held. Quarterly bonus for supervisors and annual bonus for ops managers.

    Overall good benefits packages.

  • Oct 29, 2014
Former Marketing Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Overall, not a bad package. Has healthcare, 401K, LiveWell program. Co-pays went up due to Obama Care, but that appears to be the norm in more corporations I hear.
