JPMorgan has a good packages for vacation days and disability leave. For insurance, medical, dental, and eye, package is ok. I think its ok because I used to have BCBS and I loved that insurance, but now everything you have to pay deductible first. So, I guess they are trending with everyone else.

Pay is competitive compared to other banks in the area. Most people that work there have been working with the company for many years.

You become fully vested after 3 years and they match up to six percent of money you contribute; they also have an end of the year bonus which will be added to your retirement plan, last year it was $600.

The stock purchase plan is a huge extra benefit and I think I like that benefit the most.

Health Insurance had changed and it became very expensive. On top of the premiums, if you had to see a specialist you would pay co-insurance that was astronomical. No extra time for getting married, not enough vacation time

JPMorgan is all good. The only negative thing I would say that the tuition assistance is limited to $5,000.00 (USD) a year.
