    Overall health insurance was ok. Do not take FMLA, heard about people losing their positions when they came back.

    Love that they paid the health benefits and partial to cover family members. Paychecks are paid weekly.

    Flexible time off, medical insurance is OK but a little expensive. Our account is non union and the employer contributes 4% with a 6% minimum from employee. We are a small account and are on-call every other week so there's lot's of O.T.

    Health insurance plans all have high deductibles. Basically only good for catastrophic claims.
    Good 401k matching but limited investment options.

    Johnson Controls benefits are comprehensive and competitive with the marketplace. Of the things that aren't so good about JCI, the benefits aren't one of them.
