Health insurance is great, and extremely inexpensive. And they still provide a defined-benefit pension plan, which these days is practically unheard of.

Pros: 401k match up to 6%; Pension plan, medical & dental coverage
    Cons: small raises & bonuses

Overall, I am satisfied with the benefits provided by the company. However, I would like to be offered the benefit to work from home.

J&J advocates work life balance which is great. You can work out a schedule with your supervisor to work from home. They also have an option available for people who want to have a flexible work arrangements, part-time work schedule and they have on-site gym which is nice.
