    Medical costs born by the employee are high for any of the PPO options. HMOs are better but benefits only are covered within the state you live - not good if you get sick traveling, or have a child going to school out of state,

    As a contract employee, benefits are not good at all but once you are a full time employee you save lots of money on benefits especially if you have a family

    Juniper has unlimited paid time off, as negotiated with your manager. The benefits are very good and include a variety of employer-subsidized healthcare options, 401k match and elections like long-term care, legal and extra life insurance.

    The benefits package is very flexible with many options to choose from. Health insurance is comprehensive, 401k matching is a great deal. I'm very happy with the benefits package.

    Benefits package is very well rounded. 401k 30% matching contributions, ESPP, wide variety of insurance options, paid life insurance, sick pay, even pet insurance if you like. Used to accrue vacation but now at managers discretion so depends on your manager. I have been very happy
