    They probably have one of the best leaves in the US. Big 4 firms are known for offering anywhere from 4-6 months paid leave when you combine vacation pay, disbility and paid maternity.

    I did not use it but it is offered and a good package. You have to get past the glassdoor to really enjoy the benefits.
