    Maternity leave is exceptional! It was recently increased even more, and rated a top employer for working mothers.

    Two paid weeks off for any parent. On top of that, if you are the primary care giver, it is up to 12 weeks full pay if you qualify, and they will hold your job and pay your benefits for six months.

    good Maternity & Paternity Leave. But that your utilization will be bad and your PML will curse you all the time.
