They probably have one of the best leaves in the US. Big 4 firms are known for offering anywhere from 4-6 months paid leave when you combine vacation pay, disbility and paid maternity.

Maternity Leave: After a five day waiting period, you will receive 100 percent of your weekly base pay up to the first twelve weeks of disability and 66 2/3 percent for the balance of your short-term disability period, if you have three or more months of service.
