    Two paid weeks off for any parent. On top of that, if you are the primary care giver, it is up to 12 weeks full pay if you qualify, and they will hold your job and pay your benefits for six months.

    Two weeks for Paternity leave as well as an additional four weeks for primary care. Must be employed for a year to be eligible for leave. Expires within 6 months.
